Common faults and maintenance of high and low temperature damp heat test chambers

1. Slow or no heating: check whether the heating system is faulty: such as whether the heating pipe is broken, whether the heating pipe wiring is loose, whether the control instrument is burned out, whether the circuit is broken, etc.

2. No humidity: first see if there is a lack of water, then see if the humidifier is normal, and finally check the electronic control part.

3. Only high temperature, no low temperature: the compressor works normally, it may be that the compressor lacks refrigerant, or it may be that the radiator is blocked, resulting in poor heat dissipation effect, and there may be pipeline blockage or leakage, as long as there is a target to check and deal with it one by one.

4. The temperature and humidity in the box are uneven: it may be a problem with the stirring fan, and the working condition of the fan should be checked first. Such as whether there is noise, whether the motor is burned, whether the bearing is short of oil, etc.
