Kevimeter products purchased from the original factory and authorized dealers are entitled to the original factory warranty policy.

1. Warranty period: One year from the date of acceptance.

2. Installation training After the new machine arrives at the factory, we will provide equipment installation and education training.

3. Maintenance On-site maintenance is carried out every 3 months from the date of acceptance, and no charge is charged for the maintenance work until the expiration of the warranty period.

4. Service timeliness: general maintenance for customers to inform the company's after-sales service department within 2 hours to reply, propose solutions, general maintenance within 48 hours to the factory, emergency maintenance within 24 hours to the factory, 48 hours to eliminate faults (except for special circumstances and irresistible factors).

5. Technical support Promise to provide technical support for the equipment free of charge and indefinitely during the use of the equipment.
